Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 ¾ cups milk

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (or oil)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.

  5. Gently fold in blueberries.
